Ingredients
3 cups rosé wine, chilled
2 cups peach nectar, chilled
¼ cup simple syrup
2 ½ tbsp grenadine, to serve
Sprigs of mint and fresh peach wedges (if in season), to garnish
Method for Sunset Peach Frosé
1. Combine: Place the rosé, peach nectar and syrup in a jug and stir to combine.
2. Churn: Pour the rosé mixture into the Ninja SLUSHi. Select Frozen Cocktail setting. The machine will begin to churn at the optimum setting to churn until the frozen drink reaches optimal temperature – the unit will beep when it’s ready.
3. Serve: Add the grenadine to the mixture in the machine so that it swirls through. Pour into cocktail glasses. Serve immediately garnished with the peach and mint.
