This feature-packed WZ series wok is air-cooled, has a one-piece pressed deck, 110mj chimney burners and is available in one, two and three-hole configurations with optional side burners. Chimney burners are designed to be run at full strength and not turned down. Turning the burner down may lead to incomplete combustion and sooting.
