It features three precision-ground steel rollers (42 mm diameter) with a maximum forming width of 610 mm and a capacity for mild steel up to 1.6 mm thick at full width. The standout feature is the cam-actuated idler roll, which eliminates flat spots on the leading edge, allows bends at any point along the material, and returns to the exact pre-set position for perfect part duplication. Rear roll indicators ensure quick, repeatable adjustments, and optional grooved rollers enable forming round, flat, or square wire/rods. Fully manual operation uses a side crank handle, making it ideal for benchtop use in workshops, garages, schools, or production environments.
