The Hallde RG-250 Vegetable Preparation Machine is a high-volume vegetable preparation machine with more than 50 different cuts. The leaning design means that the feed cylinder is always positioned at the right angle—the machine is easy to top up. Furthermore, the ergo loop handles provide easy leveraged feeding, reducing manual power required to operate the machine and allowing you to work with both your left and right hands. We recommend the vertically adjustable Hallde machine table to ensure you always work at the right height when using the machine.
