Ground Floor Drop Off refers to no more than 5 stairs in total including entrance.

Upstairs/Downstairs Drop Off refers to up to 20 stairs in total including entrance or high levels with sufficient size lift.

Minimum Requirements For Drop Off Due to the Size Of The Packages:

• Stairs - width no less than 1200mm, height to ceiling no less than 3000mm
• Lift- 8ft Tables can NO have lift access; 7ft minimum dimensions is 2500x1350x200mm

Installation is not included- can be arranged at time of drop off service from $200 paid direct to the courier.
